HEBERT CLEAR CHOICE AT LWR DEBATE

RIDGEFIELD, CT - September 27, 2022-Bob Hebert, Republican Candidate for the 111th General Assembly District, participated in the League of Women Voter’s Candidate Forum this evening where he proved without a doubt, that he is the most qualified candidate to represent Ridgefield as our State Representative in Hartford.

Hebert clearly articulated his position on key issues most especially on defending local control over town matters, his plan to make Connecticut more affordable and his support off parents taking a leadership role in their child’s education. He was on point and well versed in town matters. The opponent, Aimee Berger-Girvalo, lacked quantitative data to back up her claims, steered clear of her voting record and proved how out of touch she is with the true issues impacting our town and our residents.

As Bob Hebert stated, “It is time to put people first, not politics. It’s time to end the divisiveness”. Bob has spent decades serving our community as a two-term selectman, Fire Commissioner, Community Emergency Response Team Member, Chairman of the Housing Authority and as a coach, just to name a few. He understands the struggles of families, seniors and small business and he will work across the aisle for the good of our community. Unlike his opponent, Hebert is a commonsense voice for Ridgefield who will always put the interests of our residents first.
